Carrollton-Farmers Branch Council PTA invites you to join us for the

Reflections Award Ceremony

 

Event Details:

• Date: Wednesday, January 17th
• Time: 6:00 PM
• Venue: Nancy Watten Technology and Event Center (455 E La Villita Blvd, Irving, TX 75039)

Program Rundown:

• 6:00-6:25 Cookie & Juice Reception
• 6:20 - 6:30 Student take their seats
• 6:30 Reflections Award  Ceremony Begins

All artwork that has received an award will be on display in person!

Upon arrival, students will be checked in, given a name tag with a seat number, and then are free to enjoy the refreshments and view other student entries until the ceremony begins at 6:30 pm. We suggest trying to arrive by 6:20 if you're not attending the cookie reception, to give your student enough time to get checked in and seated.

Students will sit in reserved, numbered seats during the ceremony, not with their families. We will have plenty of space for everyone, and we're looking forward to seeing all our students and their families at the ceremony!
