CFBISD Council PTA is here for you!
Carrollton-Farmers Branch ISD Council PTA was organized in 1959 and supports 36 PTAs, including 1 early childhood PTAs, 24 elementary PTAs, 6 middle school PTAs, and 5 high school PTSAs. The objectives of Council PTA are to:
- Unify and strengthen Local PTAs comprising this Council PTA;
- Provide for the conference and cooperation of the Local PTAs in Council PTA membership so as to create a public opinion favorable to the interests of child welfare; to encourage child welfare projects in the various Local PTAs; and to assist in the formation of new Local PTAs according to the plan of the Texas PTA; and
- Promote the interest and membership of the National PTA and of the Texas PTA within its territory that does not duplicate the work of Local PTAs.
